How do I delete an old uninstalled sub-domain from awstats?

To remove unneeded Awstats records, go to the account via FTP or File Manager and browse to:

/tmp/awstats/

  • There you will find .conf and .txt files with your domain and subdomains in the filenames.
  • Delete only the .conf and .txt files that match exactly the ones you have already removed.
  • If they're still listed in your add-on domains or sub-domains section then you haven't removed them yet.
