How to Log into CPanel

Before you have updated your name servers, or during propagation, you can use the following to log into CPanel:

http://YourSitesIPAddress/cpanel

Once your domain is fully propagated to our server, you can use either format below:

http://www.yourdomainname.com/cpanel

http://cpanel.yourdomainname.com/

How to log in securely:

Use https and our IP address, followed by the secure port number:

https://YourSitesIPAddress:2083

This will produce a browser warning, which you must bypass.

Why do I see the warning? - The warning is produced because the login to Cpanel is on a shared SSL.  The shared SSL is not registered to your domain name.

Firefox

  1. Go to the warning message and click the "I Understand the Risks" link at the bottom.
  2. Click the "Add Exception" button.
  3. Click the "Get Certificate" button.

Internet Explorer

  1. Go to the warning message and click "Continue to this website (not recommended)."
  2. Click the "Confirm Security Exception" button.
